Course lead: Sue Noakes, Deputy Director of Education
Following our successful Senior Leaders conference in the autumn term we are delighted to offer a development day especially for those in middle or senior leader roles.
Planned and developed by current middle and senior leaders the title reflects the fact that small things can make a big difference when leading teams both big and small.
The day will consist of a variety of sessions looking at what it means to be a team leader, different leadership styles, the psychology behind leadership and lessons learned by a leader on their journey to headship. We will explore the Church of England’s vision for education and how we can make a difference in shaping and developing our church school vision from within the leadership structure. We will also share good practice and look at how we can develop our teams as a spiritual leader.
If you are a senior teacher, subject leader, key stage leader, assistant or deputy headteacher then this course is designed for you.
