This year’s conference is an opportunity for our church school leaders to explore ‘Brave Leadership’ in all its contexts. With our church schools surrounded by an ever-changing educational landscape and pressures from differing views of society there has never been a more important time for brave leaders within our schools.
The main conference day (23rd November) is designed to support church school leaders as they consider this within their own context and that of the wider church school family.
This year we are offering a residential option with a twilight session the night before starting at 4:30pm led by Bishop Libby, followed by evening worship and a conference dinner.
Our keynote speakers on the main conference day will be Bishop Stephen Cottrell, Bishop of Chelmsford and Will Ryan of ‘Independent Thinking.’ There will also be the opportunity to attend workshops on the new SIAMS framework, Valuing All God’s Children and Dealing with difficult circumstances as a church school leader.
