Welcome to Fit Code Boot camp! We are excited that you are getting started with the #1 bootcamp in South Chicagoland. In order to get you started on the right track to success we have orientations for every camper. This is to maximize your success! Please select a time and location for your Orientation and Introduction.

You can attend orientation at any location regardless of where you will be attending boot camp. This is an informative and physical session. Please be dressed to workout. If you must reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible to schedule a new date - as this is a mandatory step prior to attending your first session with us. *Please note that the Tinley Park facility is a Medical Fitness facility. We work under the guidance of Dr. Primus and the medical team at Chicago Center For Sports Medicine And Orthopedic Surgery. The appointment you are making is with their team. Once they see you for your appointment you will work with our team here at Fit Code under the fitness prescription that they provide.

This group introduction will last 90 minutes. Each participant will engage in a Warm-Up, 1 Round of Exercises and go over some Major Movements typical of a daily workout. Please dress in light and comfortable clothing with flexible athletic shoes.

No tardiness, please. If you cannot attend on time please reschedule.

Please note that attending this meeting does not allow for immediate attendance into a session on this day. We must process your paperwork prior to your first boot camp session.
