Which option should I choose?
Pick any for now - you're not committing to anything. You'll not have to decide until the end of your two week trial, and you can always change after then.
Can I use bookwhen for a single event?
Of course! Sign up with the plan that fits the event size. You'll not have to pay anything until the end of the two week trial. Once the event is over you can simply cancel your account or downgrade to the free option.
How does the trial work?
When you signup, your account starts on the two week unrestricted trial. During that time you can do whatever you like. You will be emailed before the end of the trial. You can then either sign up to one of the paid plans or simply do nothing to let the account switch over to the free plan.
Can I change my plan?
There are no commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Your current plan will change to the new plan at the end of the period that you have currently paid for.
Yearly or monthly?
You save the cost of 2 months by paying yearly, but the monthly option gives you the flexibility to change or cancel your account at shorter notice. If you have signed up to a yearly plan and need to change then contact us.
Do you charge any other fees?
Unlike other booking systems, we do not take a cut of the payments that you receive. The fixed monthly or yearly subscription is all that we will ever charge you. There are no hidden costs.
Why do you restrict event size as well as bookings?
Bookwhen is a flexible booking system with some customers using it for large events and others using it for ongoing events like classes and courses. As such, the plans have been chosen to fit all types of usage.
What are the storage limits on documents?
There is no limit to the number of documents that you can attach to your events. However the individual file size limit is 15MB which is sufficient for standard documents.
What sort of support do you offer?
We have an active help forum where we will answer any questions and solve any problems as quickly as possible. You can also contact us by phone but politely request that you do so only if the problem escalates.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Contact us if you require alternative payment options.
