Join Mckenzie on zoom for a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence finishing with a calming savasana.

This class is perfect for beginners and will give you a great insight into our yoga classes and how to incorporate these into your quarantine routine!

We hope this class will promote fitness and wellbeing as well as helping to relax and calm everyone who joins.

Just bring yourselves!
Practice can be done just on your floors or on blankets/ towels if you do not have a yoga/exercise mat.
