This class is suitable for anyone who is new to Pilates, has a lower fitness level and those who are improving on their Pilates practice.
Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Please arrive 5 minutes before class for a smooth check in experience and to familiarise yourself with any equipment.
It is best to wear tight fitting, comfortable clothing in order to facilitate free movement of all areas of your body.
You will not need any footwear as Pilates is practiced in socks or bare feet.
It is always advisable to bring a water bottle when doing any physical activity
