Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.
In this session we will practice several meditation activities.
These activities will help us at times to settle anxiety, to find a deeper sense of peace within, to start the journey in settling the mind from overthinking and mostly to gain some understanding on how to make our inner world a more comfortable place to be, and which we can return to when in need of relaxing.
It is a step forward that can help to change our whole inner world, one breath at a time. One moment at a time. One meditation practice at a time.
Take a deep breath in and out. Repeat as often as you like.
