Do you know the key elements to keeping your child mentally and physically well? An interactive, practical workshop to help you understand the effects of food, sugar levels, screen time, sleep, hydration, physical activity and the 6 branches of mental wellbeing (Care, Connect, Learn, Give, Take Notice and Be Active). This 75 mins long session will be on Zoom and is suitable for parents and carers of all primary and secondary year groups.
All parents who book onto a parent workshop will receive a free family recipe book.
