This is a 55 minute class and ideal for those who are newer to yoga, or who enjoy a shorter class.
Introductory poses focusing on safe practice with correct alignment of the body.
Arrive 5 minutes before the start to time set up your space.
Bring mat, 2 blocks, 2 bricks and a belt. A blanket if you have one.
Wear comfortable clothes, leggings and t shirt is perfect. Avoid eating 2-3hrs before the class.
Let me know of any medical issues, medication or injury before your first class.
