Flowing through poses in time with your breath (whilst keeping the alignment principles of Hatha Yoga), a great way to energise, gently increase your heart rate, open up your body and focus your mind.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers in the cooler months.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket...you may also like to use Yoga blocks, a strap and a pillow/cushion.
