A wonderful way to delve further into your practice and connect to the season of Winter...
Each season we come together here at this beautiful & tranquil location to nourish body & mind in a way that aligns with nature.
Travelling through Yin, Hatha and Dynamic styles of asana (poses),
pranayama (controlled breathing), plus meditation and exploration of other Yogic traditions.
Refreshments and a delicious lunch will be provided.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & extra socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket...you may also like to use Yoga blocks, a strap and a pillow/cushion/bolster.
