Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year has long been celebrated as a time of rest and reflection. A wonderful way to decompress and be nestled in profound stillness, a yin practice is a perfect way to immerse yourself in the inward aspects of self. We will nurture ourselves through a gentle and restorative yin yoga practice including self reflection and renewal.
