Practising yoga during pregnancy helps to gently stretch and tone your body as baby grows, supports birth preparation and promotes a sense of balance and wellbeing. Classes run weekly both online or in-person from Amy's St Agnes studio, you can join a class from your 12 week scan and classes are open to all abilities and experience.
Classes run in blocks, you can join mid-block space permitting or drop-in to online classes. Unfortunately if you miss a week within your block credit does not roll over, however the zoom link recording is available 7 days after class for the opportunity to catch up. If you are paying via BACS please make payment within 48 hours of booking your place to secure booking. If baby arrives early before the end of your pregnancy yoga block credit rolls over to mum and baby yoga.
Please log onto zoom link 5 minutes before the start of the class, using your preferred device. You will need a mat, cushion, and blanket.
Yoga is practised at your own risk, please email Amy prior to starting class if you have any relevant health conditions that may impact on your participation in a yoga class.
