Practising yoga in pregnancy can help to gently stretch and tone your body as your baby grows, prepare for birth and provide tools to help promote a sense of balance and wellbeing. Amy's pregnancy yoga classes are small group in-person (maximum 6 per class) or you can attend online via zoom, and are suitable from once you've had your 12 week scan.
Classes run as 5 week courses, you can join mid-course space permitting, and drop-in is available on zoom. Unfortunately if you miss a week within your 5 week course credit does not roll over, however the zoom link recording is available for 7 days and everyone attending, either in-person or via zoom, will be sent this link, so you will have to opportunity to re-do classes within the week. If your baby comes earlier than expected during a 5 week block credit does roll over to mum & baby or postnatal yoga classes. If you are paying via BACS please make payment within 48 hours of booking your place to secure booking. If Amy is unwell and unable to teach the course will be extended.
Please log onto zoom link 10 minutes before the start of the class, using your preferred device. You will need a mat, cushion, blanket and gym ball. Gym balls will be used every class.
A zoom recording will be made of each class, it will only be Amy who will be recorded and seen. The recording link will be sent to all class attendees, whether you attend via zoom or in the studio. This link will be active for 7 days should you wish to re-do a class or you miss a class.
