Saturday morning vinyasa yoga is back! Vinyasa yoga is a strong style of yoga that combines breath with movement to build heat, strength and flexibility. A great way to burn off the stuff you don't need and get the body moving at the start of the weekend. Join Amy's studio classes from the comfort of your own house online via zoom.
Classes run as a 5 week course, you can book mid-course space permitting and drop-in available via zoom. If you miss a week credit does not roll over, but you will be sent a zoom link of the recording of the class, this link is available for 7 days, if you miss a class.
Please log onto zoom link 5 minutes before the start of the class, using your preferred device. You will need a mat, cushion, and blanket.
