Mum & baby yoga is an interactive yoga practise between you and your baby, combining yoga that focuses on strengthening and toning the body, re-discovering the core and pelvic floor, with yoga with your baby, including baby massage, songs and yoga poses together. Mum & baby yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks post birth and 8 weeks post cesarean birth. My online mum and baby yoga classes have a greater focus on yoga for mums and postnatal rehab.
Online mum & baby yoga classes are running throughout February 2021, you can join the course anytime or drop in weekly to classes. Classes are then pausing during March 2021 and I hope to resume in-person class in April, or as soon as restrictions lift. Please log onto zoom link 5 minutes before the start of the class, using your preferred device. Having a mat, blanket and cushion will be useful but not essentail.
