Vinyasa yoga is a strong style of yoga that combines breath with movement to build heat, strength and flexibility. Amy's vinyasa yoga classes are small group in-person (maximum 6 per class) or you can attend online via zoom.
Classes run as a 5 week course, you can book mid-course space permitting and drop-in available via zoom. If you miss a week credit does not roll over, but you will be sent a zoom link of the recording of the class, this link is available for 7 days, everyone who attends in-person or via zoom will be sent this link.
Please log onto zoom link 10 minutes before the start of the class, using your preferred device. You will need a mat, cushion, and blanket.
A zoom recording will be made of each class, it will only be Amy who will be recorded and seen. The recording link will be sent to all class attendees, whether you attend via zoom or in the studio. This link will be active for 7 days should you wish to re-do a class or you miss a class.
