Pilates is a conditioning system that co-ordinates mind and body.  Pilates teaches you to become aware of your body alignment both statically and dynamically, and by targeting your deep postural muscles to work efficiently, it rebalance

Level: Intermediate

Instructions

Clothing instructions: Sportswear/gym clothes, Comfortable loose clothing. Equipment you need to bring: Water Bottle, Sweat Towel, Yoga/Pilates/Exercise Mat. Feel free to bring these but it is not essential.
