YOGA RESIDENTIAL RETREAT- OCTOBER – FIFE
Join us for a holistic retreat on the beautiful Fife coast that will nourish your body, mind and soul.

Featuring three yoga classes per day, Annamaria skilfully weaves aspects of yoga philosophy and physiology into asana and pranayama. Along with delicious and nourishing food, you are likely to leave the retreat feeling on top of the world.

Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to experience

• daily practice,
• taking time to ask questions and try new things,
• addressing your fears in a supportive group.

It’s a chance to immerse ourselves in the practice in a stunning and very peaceful setting. Bring a wetsuit if you like the sea!

Between classes you can rest, take quiet time out or be in good company.

Dates: 21st October to 26th October 2023

Where: Lower Largo, Fife

Cost: £650. This includes accommodation in twin rooms, classes and meals. Single room £790. Please notice that single rooms are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.

Format: Three classes per day. We cook together, all ingredients and recipes provided. Three vegetarian meals per day plus dinner on arrival, and breakfast and one class on the last day. Departures by 10am. Maximum of 16 participants.

Deposit: £250 at the time of booking. Please note the deposit is non-refundable unless you can find someone to replace you, or we have a replacement from the waiting list.

Venue: The retreat is located in an impressive large house by the sea, converted to offer a modern space for yoga and relaxation. Accommodation is in twin rooms, mostly ensuite. There are a limited number of single rooms given on a first comes first served basis.
