This class is 45 minutes long and is designed for all levels whether you are an athlete or a beginner. The workout begins with a warm-up that incorporates stretching to help create long, lean muscles. Then, we will move in a constant motion with easy to follow dance moves. This class improves flexibility, mobility, strengthens and builds stamina while getting your heart pumping.
Level: Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Trainers, jazz shoes or jazz sneakers are recommended.
