Details

Interval training class - low impact but designed to get heart rate up and hips and back more mobile.
Includes a range of standing exercises - steps, squats, lunges. knee lifts - with and without arms.
Exercises repeat for 30/45 second intervals with 15/30 second rests.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
