Circuit training is a fantastic way to get in shape and improve overall health. It is suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises can be adapted.
So what do we do? Each week there will be 5-10 different exercises - cardio, resistance and weight training which will be done in a circuit format. This a fun motivating class that will keep you coming back for more!
Level: Intermediate
Have a mat, water🚰and weights 🏋️♂️. Don't worry if you don't have any weights as exercises can be done just with body weight!
