Details

Join us weekly for our 'live' online 'New Mum' Pilates 7 week course. Ideal for those post birth who want to ease themselves back into exercise by focusing first on building your hip, back and abdominal strength before returning to more vigorous exercise.

All class recordings are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one. You also have access to a facebook group where you will find several educational videos to support your post birth fitness journey.

We use lots of lovely release stretches to ease out those aches & pains, standing resistance exercises and mat-based Pilates using body weight and resistance bands with the core at the focus, plus a little relaxation too.

You will learn:

  • To breathe well for improved connection with your pelvic floor & core
  • Why the feet are also important for your core health
  • Easy ways to release the feet and tight shoulders
  • Simple breathing techniques to help you relax
  • How posture and how we hold our babies impacts our core & body

1 x 60 min online 'live' Zoom class & recording
Educational videos to support your postnatal body
Pre-recorded Release video for when needed

Suitable following your 6 week GP check up/8 weeks post C-section if healing well.

If you need help with specifically with dealing with a prolonged 'leaky pelvic floor', low level prolapse or abdominal separation please see our Holistic Core Restore(R) programmes.

All you need is a phone or device with a camera, the free Zoom App, some space, carpet or an exercise mat and water. A light to medium exercise band is also required. These can be easily purchased from sports shops, some supermarkets or Amazon.

Session are delivered via Zoom 'live' at a designated time, however they are recorded so you never miss a class. After you make a booking you will receive an email notification with your booking reference, a link to the online health form which needs to be completed before your first class. Once your form is completed, you will then be 'invited to join' your fb group nearer to the time.

Add on our low impact interval training class 'MOVE' and receive your 15% disocunt when booked together!!
