Level: Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
Clothing instructions: Sportswear/gym clothes, Comfortable loose clothing, Trainers. Equipment you need to bring: Water Bottle, Sweat Towel, Hand Weight, Yoga/Pilates/Exercise Mat, Stretch band. Feel free to bring these but it is not essential.
