Joining instructions will be provided after booking.
These classes have a physical aspect where you can work deeper if you want to and then let go, release stress, breath and relax. All classes end with a guided meditation.
Level: Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
Clothing instructions: Comfortable loose clothing. Equipment you need to bring: Water Bottle, Yoga/Pilates/Exercise Mat. Feel free to bring these but it is not essential.
