Monday 21st June is the summer solstice - the longest day and the shortest night, and the start of the summer season. Karin and Lee will facilitate this online gathering on the eve of the solstice for you to:

  • Reflect on the first half of the year since the winter solstice
  • Pause and reflect on the meaning of this moment in this year's cycle for you

  • Set you up for bringing any desired changes to fruition

In order to do this, the session includes:

  • a gentle movement practice that can enable you to fully embrace what you would like to
  • a simple ritual to mark this natural transition in the yearly cycle of the seasons
  • time and guidance to reflect more deeply reflect on the potential meaning of this transition for you
