Bring your burning questions to the table around topics such as:

  • co-developing and being clear on rights and revenues of the parties
  • commissions with platforms when you have developed the rights versus not developed rights, what you can ask for if they are asking for a buyout?
  • commissions with brands (including Sponsors and key terms to agree with sponsors)
  • key production agreements e.g. host, location, third party rights.
  • Standard BBC holdbacks - what you can do with your BBC commissioned content and when?
  • music clearance for podcasts with broadcasters (BBC Sounds) vs. platforms such as Audible and Spotify
  • Contracting composers: PRS vs buyout, license vs assignment
  • Interviewing musicians

Here to answer all your questions are Founder and CEO of Mint & Co Nicola Hartley, with Business Affairs Consultants Sarah Leach and Henriette Conway.
