The Avandra 'How We Move' Wellness Day - 20 March 2026

You will need to bring:

• A small pillow
• Blanket or towel
• Reusable water bottle
• Hiking shoes or boots
• Trainers for indoor movement
• Small backpack or bag to bring along any essentials on the walk (water, waterproofs, etc.)
• Change of clothes (if rain is forecast, or you wish to change out of activewear at the end of the day)

Please arrive in your activewear so we can begin promptly upon your arrival.
