This entry is for a Saturday workshop only. Please see the separate entry if you would like to join the course, which starts with this workshop and then continues on Monday and Wednesday mornings (7-8am) for 2 weeks.
This workshop is suitable for those who are completely new to yoga or Ashtanga Yoga, as well as those who already have some experience and would like to revisit the basics and/or join our Mysore (assisted self-practice) sessions.
In this 2-hour workshop we will cover the basic aspects of Ashtanga Yoga - bringing an awareness to breath, learning to synchronise movement with breath, and starting to practise the sun salutations and first few standing postures of the Ashtanga Yoga series.

Please note that we will only provide a refund, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the cost of the workshop, if we receive the cancellation request at least 30 days before the start of the course. For cancellations received after this date, there will be no refund unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee less a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the workshop.
