These are small group (maximum 8 participants), mixed level classes, suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga based on a set sequence of postures linked by breath. It is highly effective for building strength and flexibility while cultivating a calm, focused mind. Rachel will guide the group through the sequence, offering modifications and alternatives as appropriate.
