An introduction to the Second Series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. Rachel will count the class through a standing practice up to Parsvottanasana, and then slow things down to introduce the first few postures of Second Series, offering alternatives and modifications where appropriate, and allowing plenty of time to explore the postures and ask questions.
This workshop is best suited to regular practitioners of Ashtanga Yoga with at least 1 year's experience. However, it is not necessary that you are able to practise full Primary Series, or that you are familiar with Second Series postures.

The Signal Box Centre, off Clarendon Road, Cambridge, CB2 8DB
From Brooklands Avenue, turn into Clarendon Road (first left if you're coming from Hills Road). At the end of Clarendon Road, turn left and The Signal Box Centre is straight ahead of you, to the left of the stepped water feature. Note that the entrance is on the left side of the building as you approach, and so walk around the building to find your way in.
