In this workshop, Rachel & Susana will guide you through an exploration of transitions in the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. We will work on transferring weight from feet to hands in standing, and building the foundations to lift and jump back from seated.
This is an opportunity to get some tips on finding your flow in the standard Vinyasa transitions, as well as have some fun trying out new transitions to incorporate into your practice.

This workshop is best suited to those with some experience of Vinyasa yoga styles (e.g. Ashtanga, Flow, Jivamukti) but it is not necessary that you know the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.
The Signal Box Centre, off Clarendon Road, Cambridge, CB2 8DB
From Brooklands Avenue, turn into Clarendon Road (first left if you're coming from Hills Road). At the end of Clarendon Road, turn left and The Signal Box Centre is straight ahead of you, to the left of the stepped water feature. Note that the entrance is on the left side of the building as you approach, and so walk around the building to find your way in.
