These are small group (maximum 10 participants) assisted self-practice ("Mysore") classes, suitable for all with some previous experience of Ashtanga Yoga. You will need to be comfortable practising the Ashtanga Yoga sun salutations A and B without (much) prompting - if you're not sure, please get in touch!
If you are a complete beginner, the Monday evening led class is an option. If you're not sure, or if you would like a private introductory session, then please contact Rachel (email@example.com)
The start time of these classes is flexible - arrive ready to start at any time from 6.00pm until 7.15pm. The latest finish is 8pm.
ADVANCE BOOKING ESSENTIAL
Due to space limitations, block bookings for all 5 classes will be given priority. If there are still spaces before the block starts, then individual class bookings will be available.
