These are small group (maximum 10 participants) assisted self-practice ("Mysore") classes, suitable for all with some previous experience of Ashtanga Yoga. You will need to be comfortable practising the Ashtanga Yoga sun salutations A and B without prompting.
If you are a complete beginner, the Monday evening led class is an option. If you're not sure, or if you would like a private introductory session, then please contact Rachel (firstname.lastname@example.org)
The start time of these classes is flexible - arrive ready to start at any time from 6.00pm until 7.15pm. The latest finish is 8pm.
