This beginners course is delivered over four Monday evening sessions, during which we will cover the basic aspects of Ashtanga Yoga - bringing an awareness to breath, learning to synchronise movement with breath, and starting to practise the sun salutations and first few standing postures of the Ashtanga Yoga series.
