For people with limited or restricted mobility. If you cannot get up and down from the floor easily and would like to explore a yoga practice with the use of a chair then this is for you.
In this class you will learn the joy and power of yoga through breathwork, the importance of alignment and posture, building strength and flexibility, improve your balance, co-ordination and spacial awareness, stretching sequences, mindfulness and relaxation.
Classes are small and personal and a community is built through shared experiences.
