Our bodies are made to move, but often as we get older we move less. We may have had sedentary jobs most of our lives and find ourselves in our 50s, 60s and beyond suffering the effects of a body that has not moved to it's optimum for some time.And yet we all want to age well, to be able to live with ease, strength and grace. Yoga has been proven to have a remarkable impact on physical and mental wellbeing, especially as we age.

Refund policy

Up to 24 hours before class you can cancel your booking. After 24 hours before class you can transfer your booking to another date. If I have to cancel class you will be given a full refund.
