This class option is in person, face to face course in Aylesbury.
A perfect opportunity to meet and talk to other expectant parents as well as learn about pregnancy and birth.
This option is run over 5 sessions.
Classes are small and personalised.
You do not need to bring anything, all course materials are provided.
Wear comfortable clothes.
A confirmation email will be sent with booking and payment details.
