Our Cancellation Policy
Bisley Gun Club has a strict policy that only allows changes or cancellations for a booking to be made where there are more than 24 hours remaining before the original event is due to take place.

If you wish to cancel or transfer your booking with less than 24 hours notice before the original event is due to take place, unfortunately you will be charged in full for the original event.

If you wish to transfer your booking to another date, where there are more than 24 hours remaining before the original event is due to take place, you can request an alternative event for the same or lesser value.

If you wish to transfer your booking to a different time/squad during the original event, please make your request with maximum possible lead-time and we will do our best to accommodate, although we cannot guarantee to fulfil it.

In all cases, to apply for changes or cancellations please contact Janine Wiltshire at secretary@thebisleygunclub.com with your booking number, stating your request.
