Join Jordy for a day in the Food Studio where you will learn some important knife skills and the knowledge needed on how to prepare fish, gutting, skinning and filleting.
The fish used will be of highest quality and freshly collected from the Billing's Gate Fish market that same morning!
You will create a variety of delicious dishes that you can replicate at home, using techniques like curing and hot smoked fish and fresh fish combined with seasonal veg.
