Topics include knowing one's rights in the laboring room, informed and evidence-based decision making, pelvic bodywork and understanding baby positioning for a smoother and more efficient labor, understanding the role of interventions and how to make decisions regarding their necessity, the emotional and physical aspects of the labor process, medical pain relief options, and natural comfort measures. Brittany encourages an environment where expectant parents and their partners, if applicable, feel secure in exploring their options and developing their own priorities while building positive communication skills and confidence for their labors and births.

Live Virtual Attendance Deposit
Course ticket - for all 3 dates.
This ticket covers the attendance of you and one support person (present with you during class time) at the virtual birth class. The link to the online classroom space will be sent in the email confirmation. The remaining class payment of $145 is due PRIOR to the start of class. Details on completing payment will be included in the confirmation email.
