A morning 1 & 1/2 hour Astanga Yoga Flow class with Michaela, to allow for a greater range of movements finished with a lovely longer wind down relaxation session. Aimed at all abilities but beginners are very welcome.
Michaela is a Mindfulness, Meditation and Children's Yoga teacher who completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga in Rishikesh, India, which is known as the birthplace of Yoga.
With a professional background working with children and families, Michaela has a sincere passion for helping children, young people and adults live life to their full potential. With a holistic view to wellbeing she has completed a vast variety of training allowing her to combine both current theories with ancient techniques.
