If you would like to join one of our classes just pick your session, add your details and pay for your session.
You use paypal to pay for your sessions.
If you do not have paypal then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can offer you an alternative payment option.
Our classes are £5.50 a single session, with discounts for block bookings.
IMPORTANT - We are happy to transfer your booking with 24 hours notice if you can not make it. We require 24 hours notice so that we have time to refill your place.
Any requests after the 24 hour notice period will be declined, sorry.
We do not refund classes, sorry.
Boogie Bounce is a fun workout using a mini trampoline with a stability bar for safety.
Each session lasts aprox 50 mins long and consists of
Warm up and stretch section
40 mins routine
8 min conditioning section and stretch
We use a set routine for 8 weeks and then we change it. Our routines are fun and choreographed, but nothing too complicated.
We bounce, we laugh, we sweat and just have a really fun time...
This class combines fun and fitness.
It is a fantastic cardio workout but also great for the tummy, legs and bottom but without doubt its your laughter muscles that get worked the most and not to mention what it does for your pelvic floor!! ;)
Our trampolines take up to 25 stone, they have a stability bar for safety. You don't need to be fit or coordinated as this class really is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
You can work as hard as you want and can burn somewhere between 300 and 600 calories at each session.
Alternatively you can bounce gently and take breaks when needed.
You will be required to wear non slip socks. These can be purchased from your class for £3.50 or you can bring your own.
BOOGIE BOUNCE REVOLUTION
This is a circuit style class combining cardio and strength training. The cardio stations are performed on our boogie bounce trampolines and we use a variety of equipment for our other stations to increase strength and fitness. Equipment includes, dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, body weight exercises.
We advise you to bring a towel and a bottle of water but we will also be selling water and low calorie snack bars if you wish to purchase.

You have 15 weeks to use your 10 class pass from the date of your first booking.
When choosing this option you can purchase 10 sessions within the 15 weeks. You MUST book all your sessions at the same time. Choose your first session then keep adding all other 9 sessions to your basket. Then press proceed. Once at checkout enter your discount code - flexi10 - and your discount will be added.
You have 15 weeks in which to book all your 10 sessions.
This makes sure you stay committed whilst also making a saving.
