On Saturday 16th May (pm) are the strings (violin, viola, cello, double bass + harp) classes. Performers should sign up to the class which matches their level.

For students of any age who have been learning a string instrument for under 2 terms

Prep/Initial Grade Strings - 2:30pm - 3:15pm
This class is for children of any age who are working towards or have recently completed a prep or initial grade strings exam (with any exam board). The competitor should prepare 1 or 2 pieces with a time limit overall of 2 minutes per performer.

This class is for children of any age who are working towards or have recently completed a Grade 1 strings exam (with any exam board). The competitor should prepare 1 or 2 pieces with a time limit overall of 2 minutes per performer.

This class is for children of any age who are working towards or have recently completed a Grade 2 or Grade 3 strings exam (with any exam board). The competitor should prepare 1 or 2 pieces with a time limit overall of 3 minutes per performer.

Grade 6-8+ Strings - 5:45pm - 6:30pm
This class is for children of any age who are working towards or have recently completed a Grade 6, 7 or 8 strings exam (with any exam board). The competitor should prepare 1 piece with a time limit overall of 4 minutes per performer. NB: Please email a copy of the accompanist music to admin@bromley-conservatoire.co.uk by Saturday 2nd May.
