This beginner's course provides an ideal introductory weekend for anyone wanting to re-engage with drawing and painting through a sequence of simple steps.

We will look at the visual building blocks of line, tone, composition, space, depth and colour. There will be progressive developments in these skills through practical observational exercises, so as to gain confidence in your artmaking. This is an enjoyable, informative workshop with lots of practical advice to awaken your visual skills and get you up and running again. This course includes all materials sufficient for the weekend.
