If you cancel your booking within 14 days of payment, you will receive a full refund.
If you miss a class (or classes) you will not be refunded for this class (or classes).
If you miss the entire course without cancelling, you will not be refunded.
If a class or course is cancelled by Cai Baby, the class or course will be re-scheduled or refunded.
