General conditioning class based on resistance training. Please get in touch beforehand if you are injured or have a medical issue or if you are unsure if this type of training is appropriate for you. You should bring a towel and drinking water with you and It is also advised that you leave any jewellery at home. Clean indoor training footwear is also required.
