This is a 90 minute class which will focus on helping you and your body to wind down from the week and be ready to embrace the weekend. We will focus on gentle and relaxing movements to release tension and bring focus away from the working week. We will stretch and open up the hips, shoulders and spine to create more space and more energy for the weekend ahead.
