A workshop to help you move well through your lower back and release stiffness. You’ll leave the workshop feeling more supple and supported in your back and also with simple tools to help yourself feel this way going forward.
We start by considering why stiffness and discomfort may occur and to give context to the movement that we will then do together.
We’ll then spend time going through some simple movements to help your back ease and move more effectively. Although the movements are simple, it is often the detail of how we are doing them that makes the big difference to their effectiveness. My aim is for you to leave with that knowledge so that you can confidently do these yourself.
The workshop will be interactive and chatty and there will be some discussion about the movements as we experience them, allowing you to discover which are particularly applicable for you and your back.
If time allows we'll take a short period of relaxation at the end to give you some quiet time - for your body to integrate the info and for your mind to switch off.
No refund is available unless your space can be filled in which case you will receive a full refund. You may transfer your place to someone else that you wish to attend in your place instead.
