Nia workouts combine simple moves inspired by dance and martial arts to keep you fit in mind, body and spirit. Nia is also very low impact, and is easily adaptable to your body – you’ll be encouraged to move your way, in tune with your body.
Are beginner's welcome? Absolutely. I aim to create a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere in my classes and you'll be made to feel very welcome.
Can I join at any time? Yes! A discount is applied automatically during booking so that you won't pay for classes which have already taken place.
How do I pay? You can pay by card, bank transfer, PayPal.
What happens if I find that it's not for me? If after your first class you decide it's not for you, I'll happily refund your term fees, minus the fee for the first class.
