This Pilates class is designed specifically for women going through menopause, focusing on gentle yet effective exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. You will need to bring your own mat to the class. I recommend that you also purchase an overball, fascial release ball, theraband and spiky ball - these can be purchased from me as a bundle for £38 or you can source them separately.
